The Membership Director is responsible for Member Relations in accordance with the needs and goals of the Chapter and in fulfillment of its mission. The main responsibility of the Director of Membership is to direct the Chapter’s membership policy and related activities to ensure the Chapter remains relevant within the professional community it serves. This includes recruiting prospective members, orienting new members and maximizing the engagement of existing members. They will also oversee the Membership Committee.
Including board meetings, ACMP global representation, and other work, this position is estimated to require a commitment of 4-6 hours per month.

The primary responsibilities of the Treasurer is to lead the Chapter's financial conversations and perform accounting functions. The role can be conceptualized as a combination of Chief Financial Officer and bookkeeper. Specific domains include the creation and implementation of financial policies that ensures proper stewardship of chapter funds, tracking of income and expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Secondary responsibilities include the general management of the Chapter’s technology platforms, subscriptions and/or licenses both directly (e.g. GoDaddy) and through Techsoup (Quickbooks, Zoom), which is a service that qualifies nonprofits for free and discounted technology products.
Including board meetings, ACMP global representation, and other work, this position is estimated to require a commitment of 6-8 hours per month.

The Board Member at Large is responsible for supporting general Board operations and providing extra capacity or filling vacancies on the Board, as needed. Responsibilities include supporting general Board operations, participate in Board activities as assigned, contributing to the relevant work,
leading special projects, and developing relationships/partnerships as determined by the Board.
The Member at Large will also support the onboarding of volunteers and contribute to Board strategic planning and execution.
Including board meetings, ACMP global representation, and other work, this position is estimated to require a commitment of 6-8 hours per month.
