During this three-day experiential session, you’ll apply Prosci’s methodology and ADKAR Model to one of your active projects. And you’ll leave with the tools, know-how, and support you need to consistently drive successful change going forward.

In this interactive training, you benefit from three full days among like-minded change leaders—from individual practitioners and project managers to IT professionals and improvement specialists. You not only gain the knowledge and one-to-one feedback of Prosci’s Master Instructors, you and your peers can also share challenges, solutions and insights, for a truly collaborative approach to change management.

• To keep participants engaged and focused we will use a suite of virtual engagement tools to include video feeds, virtual brainstorm groups, recorded project presentations, and interactive polling software to capture a variety of inputs in real-time (e.g., assessment scores, brainstorm inputs and planned next actions)
• We will intentionally track individual engagement and “randomly” call on individuals throughout the program
• We are keeping the Certification program to a maximum of six hours of synchronous learning per day. The rest of the hours will be done through pre-work, post-work and individual assignments during the 3-day period.
• All Prosci instructors have gone through a boot camp on the new technology and activities ensuring that we’re all driving to common outcomes
• We have the ability to use several industry-leading delivery platforms for virtual training. Our primary platforms will be Zoom, Poll Everywhere and the Prosci Portal.
