Favorite thing about Colorado: Enjoying mountain activities (hiking, camping, hot springs, small town exploring, skiing, etc.), and sunshine (especially in the winter!) 

Favorite food: Depends on my mood, but I'll never turn down a cinnamon roll or charcuterie board

Favorite thing about Colorado:  Park culture is pretty amazing. National, state, city. Denver has more city parks than any city in the country and we make good use of them. Not many places do parks like Colorado.
